Your my cupcakey..

I am sure my family has wondered why I have been on a cupcake kick lately..
I am really not sure..I have always thought that a cupcake is the perfect portion size for any child/adult.
Recently, I made some Lemon cupcakes for a work birthday party luncheon and now I have been asked to bring cupcakes to every birthday lunch from here till the end of time.
I was flattered. Maybe, my inspiration comes from watching Cupcake Wars on tv..
Anyway, in my recipe posts I will be sure to give a cupcake recipe once in awhile. However, I do make a few modifications to the recipes..that at this time will not share.
