What I like about Pocatello

Here we go again with another list....these are the things that really make me happy about my town.
1. We now have Costco. Better yet David works there and we will have insurance April 7th. Whoot Whoot.
2. The many new restaurants that have come to town. i.e..Texas Roadhouse, 5 guys, Chili's, & Ruby Tuesday.
3. It only takes 15 minutes to get from my house, through town, and over to my Wal-mart in Chubbuck.
4. We have awesome 2nd hand clothing stores with a great selection.
5. We have a University. This can be a negative as well due to rude young college drivers.
6. Extracurricular activities are VERY reasonable... Soccer $40, Football $90 ( Includes all pics & gear & they can sell raffle tickets to earn it all back), basketball $27 ( not including jersey), Swimming lessons $22, and dance $18 per month! Even gym memberships are $55 for an entire family.
7. Utilities are much lower then we had ever paid before in WA/OR.
8. House prices are low as well. This may be true everywhere though. Geat large newer family homes for less than 200k.
9. We live within 15 minutes of skiing, fishing, hiking, camping with tall trees, and water.
10. We are the friendliest town within a 1000 mile radius. No data to back that up. See #12.
11. Low crime rates.
12. Considerate drivers ( better then UT by far)
13. A decent school system ( new standards have just been implemented to weed out the rif raf).
14. 4 true seasons.
15. Mostly Christian based religons.
